Dating from the late Victorian period of the 1800's, this antique diamond cluster ring sits perfectly on the finger and will so easily suit any finger including making a wonderful antique diamond engagement ring.
Beautifully hand made in 18ct gold, this diamond cluster ring is set with 1 central diamond surrounded by an additional eight.
The lovely thing with this cluster ring is that not only are there genuine antique cut diamonds, but the diamond in the centre is a charming old mine cut diamond which were one of the first real attempts at cutting diamonds that goes as far back as the 17th century. This diamond measures0.65 carats and then surrounding it are eight European cut diamonds which were the next cutting technique and the forerunner to the modern round brilliant cut diamond. These diamonds total 1.60 carats bringing the total diamond weight to an impressive 2.25 carats. The centre diamond is G in colour and P1 in clarity and the European cut diamonds are G to H in colour and Vs to si in clarity.
The sparkle from this ring is amazing and combined with the fact they are all genuine antique cut diamonds, makes it even more special.
Measuring 14.2mm in diameter, the top of the ring then leads down to the 18ct yellow gold band with style of itself with the triple style band.
From all angles, this lovely antique diamond cluster ring is just so special and full of sparkle.
