Antique diamond serpent ring made in 1917
$0.00
Queen Victoria made the serpent ring or snake ring popular after receiving a wedding ring from Prince Albert in the form of a snake, and here is a lovely antique diamond serpent ring made in 1917.
Made in 18ct yellow gold, the way the head of the snake tapers down is highlighted by the diamonds which themselves graduate down in size and total 0.26 carats.
At the head section it measures 11.1mm and at the back it measures 6mm wide and this ring feels so comfortable to wear all the time and combined with the diamonds set into the gold, also makes it a very practical ring.
Antique snake rings are always such a wonderful talking point, and this one set with diamonds is just lovely.
