The archaeological discoveries during the Victorian era heavily influenced jewellery designs and here is a magnificent antique bangle from the Victorian era in an Etruscan design.
Superbly made, it dates from the 1870's and was made in 15ct gold. Well over 140 years old, it is still in superb condition and can easily be worn every day.
The quality of the design is wonderful with the fine granule styled wire work design that really sets this bangle apart from many others.
Measuring 19.2mm wide it is hinged and oval allowing it to sit nice and close to the wrist making it even more practical to wear all the time. This really is one of the finest antique Etruscan designed bangles around and one that is so elegant and in equally superb condition.
