Perfect to wear all the time, this gents antique signet ring will always look and feel so good on the finger.
Made in Birmingham in 1871, this signet ring is well over 140 years old yet still in wonderful condition and made all the more special by being made in 15ct rose gold.
15ct gold was used by the British up until 1931, and the colour of the rose gold looks so good on the hand and works wonderfully with the colour of the sardonyx.
Sardonyx has a wonderful natural colour that comes from the quartz family of gemstones and looks as it is here or carved with initials or a family crest as was also often the case with these rings.
The ring at the top measures 14.2mm across by 16.1mm and is still in such good condition that there is nothing to stop you from wearing this signet ring all the time.
A very stylish antique signet ring, this has all the charm and characteristics of the mid-Victorian era when it was made.
