Antique Georgian era coral ring made in 1821.

$0.00

Georgian era rings are becoming so hard to find in good condition and
wearable and this antique Georgian era ring set with natural coral is both in
fantastic condition and so easy to wear.

Made in 18ct yellow gold, the ring is set with natural coral that has not
been died or stained which is a very common treatment for coral today, and they
are all matched in colour perfectly.

The ring measures 1.1cm at its widest point and looks so good on the
finger.

Underneath reveals a wonderful sentiment of an era gone past – engraved in
the memory of someones passing, it is hand engraved with “Ann Brown ob 1 July
1821 A35” meaning that she was 35 when she died.

While some may look upon this as being somewhat morbid, it should rather be
seen as a wonderful and even romantic way to remember a loved one in a time gone
by and makes this Georgian ring even more unique and special.

A wonderful antique coral ring from the Georgian era with so much sentient
and character.
