Antique monogrammed locket set with turquoise, pearls and coral

Here is a truly spectacular antique monogrammed locket set with turquoise, pearls and coral that was made in the Victorian period of the 1880’s and looks spectacular from near or far.

Made in 18 carat yellow gold, the front has the most beautiful monogram of the letters I, C and H with the I being set with twenty eight pearls, the H being set with twenty pieces of coral and the C being set with twenty two pieces of turquoise. All of these come together to combine so beautifully and stand out even more set against the rich colour emanating from the yellow gold.

Able to hold two photos inside, the locket itself measures 39.5mm across by 47.5mm or 56mm to the top of the bail for the chain to pass through and will so easily sit on a beautiful chain or a lovely Victorian era collar.

This antique locket exemplifies the beautify and craftsmanship of the Victorian era and will no doubt always be admired.
