Antique necklace made up of antique pocket watch balance cocks

Balance cocks were originally used in antique pocket watches from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, and were often exquisitely hand pierced and engraved, and here is a necklace made up of eighteen brass balance cocks that will not only be admired every time that it is worn, but will be a wonderful conversation starter.

The detail in each one is just incredible and will have you admiring each one individually and getting more impressed at the work that was achieved centuries ago.

With each one measuring approximately 3.5cm in length, from end to end the necklace measures 40cm with the clasp ingeniously hidden into one of the balance cocks.
