Often you can come across an antique piece that still has such a modern and contemporary look to it making it so easy to wear all the time with both modern and antique jewellery, and this antique bangle is a superb example of this.
Made in Birmingham in 1889, the design of this bangle is so sleek and looks superb on the wrist.
Made in 9ct yellow gold, this bangle is set so beautifully with 9 seed pearls. However it isn’t just the pearls that make this so beautiful, it is the way the jewellery used seed pearls that graduate in size so perfectly and what a finely made piece of jewellery is all about.
At the rear of the bangle, it measures 3.1mm wide and at its widest part in the centre it measures 11.5mm wide and being a hinged bangle sits so nicely on the wrist.
Fitted with a safety chain for extra security, this is a magnificent example of an antique bangle set with pearls in such a magnificent design that allows it to be worn during the day just as much as night and is a fine piece of Victorian era jewellery for any woman of any age.
