Antique pearl ring in a buckle design

Here is a very charming antique pearl ring in a buckle design that was made in Birmingham in 1901 and is typical of the elegance of the Edwardian era.

Made in 15ct rose gold, the colour of the rose gold is just divine and gives the ring such a warm tone that matches beautifully with the pearls.

Not just set into the ring in a plain design, the ring incorporates a buckle design which was popular in the late Victorian and Edwardian periods.

In total there are eleven pearls and the ring measures 8.3mm wide at the centre buckle design and sits so well on any finger and is incredibly comfortable to wear all the time.
