There is nothing quite like a genuine antique pocket watch in the palm of your hands, and here is a very solid antique pocket watch by John Forrest made in 1895.
Made in a sterling silver case that measures a large 55.1mm across by 77.7mm from the bottom to the top of the bow, the case has the most beautiful hand engraving as well as the rose gold buckle design on the reverse side. The heft of this pocket watch is wonderful and feels marvelous to hold and appreciate all the work and details that went into hand engraving the case all those years ago.
The dial is equally as beautiful with the Roman numerals in gold as well as the engraving on the dial. There is also the smaller dial at the bottom for the seconds and this dial has all the character of a genuine antique pocket watch that the modern ones simply don’t have.
Inside the fusee movement which has been completely serviced and overhauled, is wound and the hands set via a key, and this pocket watch comes with our twelve month warranty.
Perfect for a collection or a gift, this is a wonderfully large antique pocket watch that looks and feels perfect to hold in your hand.
