Dating from the early 1900's comes this magnificent antique enamelled locket.
Made in 15ct gold this locket uses an enamelling technique called guilloché enamel. This is a style where the metal, in this case gold, is engraved with engine turning then the enamel fired on top to create the fabulous design that can be seen.
Incorporating a white enamel border as well, the centre of the locket is set with a 0.10 carat diamond, this antique locket is so sweet and made all the more beautiful by being able to hold a photo on the back.
The locket itself measures 14.3mm across by 15.2mm (or 20mm to the top of the bail) this locket has all the charm and characteristics of the early Edwardian era when this locket was made.
With divine enamelling and a diamond to add some sparkle, this is truly a beautiful, unique and special antique locket.
