There is nothing quite like an antique ring on your finger for all of the charm and character that it has, and here is a very beautiful hand made antique Victorian era ruby and diamond ring that is perfect for any finger including making a very elegant and attractive example of an antique ruby and diamond engagement ring.
Made in London in 1896, the ring is set with three vibrant Burmese rubies, with the two side rubies having a total weight of 0.32 carats and the centre ruby 0.65 carats and all are matched so well in colour and have that wonderful vibrant red that is so sought after in good quality natural rubies.
Then there are the two diamonds set on each side of the centre diamond to add to the sparkle of this wonderful antique ring and these diamonds total 0.08 carats.
The claw setting of both the rubies and the diamonds allows the most amount of light to enter the gemstones resulting in a truly vibrant ring that really looks stunning day or night.
At its widest part where the centre ruby sits, the ring measures 6.6mm wide and from end ruby to end ruby measures 13.5mm across and sits so well on the finger and will always look so elegant and refined on any finger.
A very elegant example of an antique ruby and diamond ring from the late Victorian era.
