Hand made in 18ct yellow gold, this ring is set with a lovely round facetted natural ruby that measures 0.40 carats and is surrounded by twelve mine cut diamonds. These gorgeous mine cut diamonds like the ruby were all cut by hand and total 0.18 carats.
