This bangle is just beautiful.
Made in Russia in the 1890’s, it bears the marks for being made in 14ct gold as well as the St Petersburg mark.
Being themed with a turquoise and seed pearl set anchor, it is easy to assume that it was made for and given to someone whos husband was very possible a merchant seaman.
This hinged bangle is made in a “squarish” design so it sits perfectly on the wrist.
There is a slight dent on the reverse, however it is very minor and don’t let it detract you from such a fantastic piece of Russian antique jewellery.
Just superb with the turquoise and pearls, this will be loved every time it is worn.
