All hand made in 18ct yellow gold, this sapphire and diamond ring dates from the late 20th century from around 1890 and is set with three natural blue sapphires with two diamonds on each side of the centre sapphire.
The colour from the sapphires are just wonderful and is often referred to as "cornflower" blue and match so well with the yellow gold.
The centre sapphire measures 1.00 carat and the two side sapphires total 1.10 carats.
With the addition of the 4 diamonds to add to the elegance and sparkle of an already incredibly elegant antique ring, these diamonds total 0.20 carats in weight.
Antique rings have so much attention to detail as can be seen on the side of the ring and is another feature that makes antique rings so popular for any occasion especially as engagement rings.
From left to right the ring measures 18mm by 6.5mm at the centre sapphire and looks so elegant and refined on the finger.
