This sapphire and diamond ring was made over 100 years ago yet still looks amazing and would also make the most perfect engagement ring.
Made in Birmingham in 1907 in 18ct yellow gold, this Edwardian era ring is so elegant and comfortable to wear on the finger all the time thanks to the setting of the sapphires and diamonds.
Whereas most sapphire and diamond rings have the stones set up, the sapphires are set slightly into the band and are then highlighted by two diamonds on each side of the centre sapphire.
The sapphires all have a wonderful blue colour to them and the centre sapphire measures 0.50 carats in weight and the two side sapphires total 0.70 carats in weight.
The four diamonds total 0.04 carats and add just the right amount of sparkle.
From left to right the top of the ring measures 14.5mm by 6.3mm wide at the centre.
This is such an attractive and extremely elegant antique sapphire and diamond ring that is perfect for any finger and any occasion.
