Made in Birmingham in 1898, this brooch was made in 15ct gold which was used up until 1931.
Set with seven Ceylonese sapphires which all have a magnificent blue colour to them, they total 0.36 carats and are highlighted with two vibrant red Burmese rubies that total 0.08 carats.
Adding to the sparkle of this brooch, there are 6 old European cut diamonds that total 0.21 carats and sparkle magnificently day or night.
The brooch measures 40.6mm across by 12.9mm and is fitted on the back with a safety chain for extra security.
