Description
Scottish agate jewellery:
Made popular by Queen Victoria who loved the Scottish Highlands and her Scottish ancestry, Scottish agate jewellery is also commonly known as Scottish Pebble jewellery and is as popular now as when the pieces were made over a century ago. Scottish silver agate bracelets, brooches and dirks among others became very popular and thanks to the ease of mining the agate and quite often set in silver, made it very affordable for so many people.
