The acorn pattern represented among other things, a long life for the wearer. Often seen in jewellery from the Georgian period and indeed earlier, it was the romantic Victorians who embraced this design in many pieces of jewellery. These lovely earrings have an acorn design on the front, followed by a lovely circular design and with each earring measuring 20.3mm in diameter they are perfect for daytime as well as the evening and will always look so elegant and stylish.
These are a lovely example of genuine antique earrings from the Victorian era that will always be loved as well as having a wonderful sentiment behind them.
