The suffragette movement of the early 20th century was pivotal in giving women equal rights and is often shown in jewellery by having the colours green, white and violet as can be seen in this lovely antique suffragette pendant.
Made in 15ct gold in the early 1900's, the pendant is set with 1 pearl, 1 peridot and 15 pearls in a very attractive open work design where both the peridot and amethysts is able to swing freely.
From left to right the pendant measures 25.7mm across by 45mm from the bottom to the very top of the bail where the chain slides through.
With such attractive colours and so much historical significance, this antique suffragette pendant always will look so good and has an amazing story attached to it.
