Good quality turquoise always looks amazing in jewellery and this antique ring is certainly no exception to the quality of the turquoise set into it.
Made in the late Victorian era of 1899, this ring was made in 18ct yellow gold and is set with five amazing pieces of turquoise and eight rose cut diamonds to add an elegant amount of sparkle to it, all the while not detracting from the fabulous quality turquoise.
Even the quality of workmanship that went into making this ring can so easily be seen on the side of the ring which displays the most incredible work that was created by hand over a century ago.
From left to right the ring measures 23.1mm by 7.8mm wide at the centre piece of turquoise.
Even the five pieces of turquoise graduate so elegantly in size and the width of the ring and colour of the turquoise will guarantee that it is always admired and appreciated.
Inside the band it is hand engraved "Douglas Jan 1899" and the band itself is still in perfect condition making this a wonderful antique ring to wear all the time day or night.
From the quality of the turquoise to the quality of the setting, all of this just shows how well this ring was made and the attention to detail is simply spectacular.
A wonderful example of an antique ring from the Victorian era to be loved and cherished.
