This is a lovely antique ring that looks wonderful on the finger and is a fantastic example of a Victorian ring that would suit a multitude of occasions including as a lovely antique engagement ring.
 Made in 18ct yellow gold in the 1880's, it is set with 20 Old European cut diamonds in a wonderful lozenge shaped that totals 0.70 carats, and is set with a Ceylonese sapphire that is a perfect blue colour and weighs approximately 0.20cts.
 The sapphire is such a superb fine colour that really stands out set against the diamonds.
 The lozenge shape sits perfect on the finger and measures 8.6mm wide by 18.7mm in length and will look amazing day or night.
 Even the sides of this ring have been beautifully engraved with a scroll work design on each side.
 This is a very elegant antique sapphire and diamond ring that will can easily be passed through the generations and loved forever.
