Here is an absolutely stunning and very elegant Art Deco diamond engagement ring that looks perfect on the finger.
Hand made in 18ct yellow gold and platinum in the 1920's, this style of engagement ring is becoming so sought after and this one is just divine.
Made by the Australian firm Henry Newman who started his business in 1855 this is also a wonderful piece of early Australian jewellery as well.
Typical of engagement rings of this era the use of platinum has been used around the diamonds including the three diamonds set on each side.
In the centre the diamond measures 0.30 carats and is G in colour and Si in clarity and the side diamonds total 0.04 carats and add just the right amount of sparkle.
This Art Deco diamond engagement ring sits so well on the finger and will easily allow a wedding band to sit right up next to it to complete the look.
From the end diamond on one side across to the other, this distance measures 13.1mm by 4.7mm at the centre diamond.
If you have been after a genuine Art Deco diamond engagement ring then consider this one as it is absolutely beautiful.
