Art Deco jewellery is as popular today as when they were made during the 1920’s to the 1940’s, and this is a perfect example of an Art Deco emerald and diamond handmade in platinum in the 1920’s.
Sitting proudly in the centre is a magnificent natural Colombian emerald that measures 0.45 carats and has such a fine green colour and highlights why Colombian emeralds are regarded as the finest in the world. The colour and transparency of this emerald is wonderful and is then highlighted by a border of twelve single cut diamonds with a further four set on each side. These diamonds total 0.48 carats and add the right amount of sparkle to highlight both the emerald and the proportions of this ring. Measuring 10.5mm by 11.3mm across, this ring sits perfectly on the finger where it will always be loved and admired.
