Made in platinum, the brooch measures 7.2cm in length by 1.5cm at the middle, and sitting in the centre is a lovely Coober Pedy solid white opal that measures 1 carat in weight.
The opal has such a beautiful blue-green body colour that stands out set into the pure white colour of the platinum, and is then further highlighted by two European cut diamonds as well as twenty four single cut diamonds. These diamonds come together to total 0.84 carats and not only sparkle magnificently, but also highlight the beautiful design of the brooch.
This is such an elegant brooch and showcases the beautiful designs that were produced during the wonderful Art Deco period.
