Art Deco opal and diamond ring from the 1920’s

$0.00

Australian opals are regarded as the best in the world, and here is a very beautiful Art Deco opal and diamond ring from the 1920’s set with a solid Australian white opal.

With the opal sitting so proud in the centre, it measures 1.51 carats and has a wonderful red body colour showing all the spectral colours from red through to blues and greens. Secured with very elegant claws, on each side are three single cut diamonds with a total weight of 0.04 carats which accent the opal and the ring as a whole so elegantly.

The way the diamonds have a lovely scalloped edge to the setting and the way this leads to the band which has a triple shoulder design, all go to highlight the quality and craftsmanship found in genuine Art Deco rings of this era.

Measuring 13.7mm by 11.6mm across, this opal and diamond ring sits so well on the finger and will no doubt always be loved and admired.
