Art Deco jewellery of the 1920's to the 1940's is known for its elegance, unique styles and designs and incredible beauty and here we have one of the most divine Art Deco onyx and diamond bracelets that looks magnificent on the wrist and will surely get the attention and admiration that it deserves.
Made entirely in platinum, the links make up a design similar to a gate link bracelet but with more of a curved design.
The design of these links allows this Art Deco bracelet to roll across the skin so smoothly and feels so magnificent.
Then there are the diamonds set into the five pieces of black onyx. The combination of the black onyx matches so well with the diamonds and the pure white of the platinum and looks sensational together.
In the smaller of the four pieces, there are 4 European cut diamonds that each weigh 0.16 carats each and in the main piece, the diamond there measures 0.92 carats. These diamonds are F to G in colour and Vs to Si in clarity meaning that they are all lovely and white and eye clean diamonds and they all sparkle magnificently.
And then to make this Art Deco bracelet even more magnificent, along both sides of the bracelet, there are 81 rose cut diamonds. The time and detail to set this many diamonds alone would have taken so long and is a true testament to the high quality of jewellery being produced during the wonderful Art Deco period.
These rose cut diamonds total 1.62 carats, meaning that the total diamond weight in this bracelet is an astonishing 3.18 carats.
Every single diamond from the ones set into the onyx to the rose cut diamonds are all milgrain set which was a common feature found in Art Deco jewellery and can be seen as the fine and elegant crimping around the edge of the setting.
From end to end the bracelet measures 18cm and will fit perfectly around any woman's wrist and at the widest point in the centre it measures 13mm wide and along the bracelet part 9mm wide
This onyx and diamond bracelet is Art Deco jewellery at its finest and will always be treasured, admired and worn with pride.
