Exquisitely hand made in the 1920's, this Art Deco platinum and gold diamond pendant is sure to be loved and admired every single time that it is worn.
When you look at the lace-like quality of the work that was achieved thanks to the hand making of this piece as well as using platinum, it will take you back to a time gone by of decadence and elegance combined with a "new" style of designs unlike anything seen in previous eras.
The pendant is set with a total of forty five diamonds with a combination of nineteen rose cut diamonds for the smaller ones and twenty six early brilliant cut diamonds with a total weight of 1.24 carats.
Typical of the fine work seen during this era, the diamonds have been milgrain set which is the fine crimping along the edge of the setting which really highlights the pendant and also the quality and time that went into hand making this piece all those years ago.
Laid out from end to end, the necklace measures 44cm in length, making the diamond section sit so perfectly on the neckline and worn day or night will always be appreciated for its beauty and elegance.
There is something so special about Art Deco jewellery, and this Art Deco diamond pendant is just perfect.
