Here is a truly unique diamond ring so typical of the Art Nouveau period of the late 1800’s.
Art Nouveau jewellery has a look that is so unique and special and takes much of its inspiration from nature with wonderful flowing lines and asymmetrical designs as is the case in this diamond ring.
Hand made in 18ct yellow gold and sterling silver on the top, silver was used as white gold was not yet invented and platinum was not used in jewellery for until the early 1900’s.
This Art Nouveau diamond ring is set with two main European cut diamonds that total 0.55 carats and sixteen Swiss cut diamonds that total 0.22 carats in a wonderful flowing design.
