Before pearls were cultured they had to be sourced from the oyster in a hit-and-miss approach. Would opening the oyster display a pearl or not? And if so, what would the quality be like, and further more, how many countless oysters would have to be found with a pearl inside to create one single strand?
Well here we have a fabulous and exciting strand of genuine natural pearls - found and produced naturally.
To make the necklace more exciting is the wonderful feature of it being a double strand of graduating size. The first strand comprises of 150 natural pearls, and the second is strung with 173 natural pearls. The pearls graduate in size so sweetly from 2.0mm to 4.2mm in size.
And just take a look at the clasp! Made in rose gold, it is set with a lovely sapphire and diamonds, and is fitted with 2 chains for added safety.
