Here is a very elegant and refined early Australian antique diamond eternity ring by Willis who was one of the largest jewellers in Australia and produced fine jewellery from 1858 until they closed in 1931.
This diamond half eternity ring dates from the early part of the 20th century and was hand made in 18ct yellow and white gold and is set with seven single cut diamonds set into a gorgeous twist design. The way the the twist design goes across the top gives it such a charming difference to the usual diamond eternity bands and as the diamonds go across the top only allows this ring to be able to be resized. The diamonds total 0.14 carats and from one end diamond across to the other, this distance measures 19.2mm by 2.7mm wide and will compliment an engagement ring so well or look just so fine on its own.
Inside there is the "18" hallmark for 18ct gold and the two Willis hallmarks of a "W" and their makers mark which is a unicorn.
In wonderful condition and perfect for so many occasions, this antique diamond ring is not only so beautiful but also a wonderful peace of Australian history that you can wear and enjoy all the time.
