Dating from the early 1900's this antique locket is so elegant and refined and looks simply amazing on the neck day or night.
Made in 15ct rose gold the enamel technique on the front is called guilloché enamel where the piece is engraved before being enamelled resulting in the beautiful design that you see.
Then the locket is highlighted with 9 natural pearls in a delightful floral design with one more natural pearl suspended from the bottom.
On the back there is a compartment to hold the photo of a loved one making this piece even more special and personal.
The locket is attached to two chains that lead up to the bail for the chain to run through and even this feature is so sweet and charming and makes the locket stand out even more.
From left to right the locket measures 29.3mm across and from the pearl at the bottom to the very top where the bail is at the top, this distance measures 60mm.
This locket comes with a 45ct 9ct rose gold chain that is included with the locket and matches so well in colour.
Guilloché enamel is so charming and this Edwardian era locket is just stunning.
