The Edwardian period of the early 1900's resulted in some very elegant designs for rings and this can be seen here in this charming Edwardian era antique sapphire and diamond ring that was so beautifully hand made in 18ct gold and platinum.
In the centre is a gorgeous Ceylonese sapphire that has such a perfect royal blue colour to it and measures 0.32 carats. The colour of this sapphire is truly magnificent and this is so well complimented by being surrounded by eight diamonds.
These gorgeous antique cut diamonds total 0.80 carats and are all G in colour and Vs to Si in clarity and all have not only a magnificent sparkle to them, but the character and charm of being hand cut over a century ago.
The top of the ring measures 11.6mm in diameter making it the perfect size to wear all the time and not only would it suit any finger it would also make a wonderful engagement ring.
Perfect from all angles, this lovely antique sapphire and diamond cluster ring is just gorgeous.
