The Albertina bracelet originally started not actually as a bracelet, rather to hold a ladies pocket watch at one end and secure the tee bar onto an outfit.
Today however these wonderful and feminine antique Albertina pieces are being worn as a bracelet and they always look to good on the wrist.
This particular Albertina bracelet was made around 1895 and has 2 rows of very attractive chain with a truly delightful fixed fancy bar with wonderful vibrant enamel on one side and hand engraving on the other.
The Tee bar on this bracelet is one of the most beautiful ones around and is just stunning to admire as is the wonderful tassel at the other end.
From the clasp to where it is attached making it into a bracelet measures 21cm, and from end to very end measures 27.6cm when the tassel hangs delightfully below the wrist when it is worn.
This is such an attractive antique Albertina that is wonderful as a bracelet.
