The Art Nouveau era of the 1890's produced some wonderfully designed jewellery that took much of its inspiration from nature with wonderful free flowing lines as can be seen here in this delightful antique pendant from France.
Made in 18ct yellow gold it is set with 1 ruby and 6 pearls in the most amazing design.
From left to right the pendant measures 35mm across and from top to bottom it measures 36mm across plus the bail for the chain.
The French jewellers of this era were able to make some stunning jewellery and this pendant is certainly no exception.
