French Art Nouveau silver perfume bottle

Here is an incredibly sweet antique perfume bottle that was made in the late 1800’s Art Nouveau period in France.
The Art Nouveau era is easily characterised by have a very floral and flowing design quite often inspired by nature which is so evident here. With the floral design all over the bottle, opening the lid reveals the glass stopper.
Measuring 5.7cm by 1.4cm, there is a ring on the back to allow this to be worn on a chatelaine or a chain around the neck or of course kept on a dressing table at home.
So full of life, this perfume bottle is just spectacular in its simplicity and elegance.
