The Monaco was the first automatic square cased chronograph and has since remained one of, if not the most iconic watch by Heuer, who then became Tag Heuer.
With its distinct and stylish blue dial, it has the two counters not only in white, but also in a square shape making it even more unique and full of character. With the impressive orange hands, all of these features come together in a watch that will look as stylish during the day as it will during the night.
With the watch case measuring 38mm across plus the crown and pushers, it is fitted on the black leather band with deployant clasp.

A brief history on the Tag Heuer Monaco watch:
The TAG Heuer Monaco is based on the original Heuer Monaco, that was introduced in 1969. In honour of the Monaco Grand Prix, the Monaco was the first automatic square cased chronograph. Hollywood film star Steve McQueen used the watch to accessorize his character in the 1971 film Le Mans. This has made the watch synonymous with Steve McQueen. Although it was discontinued in the mid-1970s, the Monaco was reissued with a new design in 1998 and was reintroduced again with an entirely new mechanisms in 2003 in response to McQueen’s increasing popularity.
