This is the original Gruen Curvex Drivers watch from the 1940’s.
Designed to fit on the side of the wrist, so as to be easy to see when driving, this is one watch that really has to be seen to be believed.
Fitted in a 10ct gold filled case (showing minor wear), the fancy lugs and case look amazing. The dial is original and has not been repainted, and with the Art Deco styling, itself looks beautiful.
The 15 jewelled manual wind movement runs perfect and has been serviced.
This is a watch to consider, as these do not come up for sale very often.
