In the centre is one early brilliant cut diamond that measures 0.34 carats and is set in platinum claws to allow the maximum amount of light to enter the diamond.
And on each side are not only two more diamonds, but they also graduate in size with the two larger ones at the top weighing 0.03 carats each and the lower ones weighing 0.02 carats each.
