This is a seriously cool vintage IWC tuning fork watch made in 1973 that looks as good today as when it was made.
IWC have always produced superb watches and this one is certainly no exception.
Not to be confused with a quartz watch, the tuning fork watches developed by Bulova are an electric watch where the battery powers the mainspring and vibrates at 300,000 hertz meaning the second hand will also "sweep" like a conventional automatic watch instead of "tick" like a modern quartz watch.
Inside it has the 12 jewelled IWC calibre 150 built under licence from Bulova that keeps perfect time.
The stainless steel watch case measures 37mm across plus the crown by 40.5mm and matches so well with the blue dial which also has the date.
This is a great collectable vintage IWC that will always be a conversation starter and is fully serviced and comes with our 1 year warranty.
