Here is a truly magnificent emerald and diamond ring from the early 1900’s that really stands out.
In the centre is a magnificent Colombian emerald that weighs 1.91 carats, and is the most vivid and intense green in colour.
To make it even more special, this natural Colombian emerald has not been treated in any way. The majority of emeralds are oiled to improve strength and clarity which is a common treatment that has been going on for quite literally centuries, and does not mean that a treated emerald is synthetic in any way.
However it is very rare to get an emerald that has not been treated in any way, and still display such a magnificent colour.
This really is a sensational natural emerald, and one that will always stand out.
On each side are 2 old mine cut diamonds that total 1.05 carats, and give this ring so much sparkle.
All set on an 18ct yellow gold setting, this emerald and diamond ring truly stands out for all the right reasons.
