This is a wonderful 100% natural coloured jade pendant.
It is beautifully carved and set with natural black and red jade as well as having the sparkle from the brilliant cut diamonds.
There are 3 treatments very common to jade, however this piece has not been treated in any form. (see below for images of the Certificate from the Hong Kong Jade and Stone Laboratory Limited)
This classifies it as Type A jade, the highest in the class. Yes, there is jade on the market cheaper than this, however to find natural jade that has not had any treatment is a real find indeed, as the vast majority is treated to enhance the colour.
The entire piece measures an impressive 7.5cm from top to bottom and 4cm at its widest point, with the main green jade measuring 5.087cm x 2.628cm.
