Antique Omega pocket watch and chain with rare Omega hands
So often with antique and vintage timepieces, it is the small things that make them so special, and here is an amazing antique Omega pocket watch with some wonderful features.
Made in 1925 in a smooth and polished finish silver case that measures 47.5mm across by 62.8mm with the bow up, this pocket watch has such a smooth, sleek touch to it, and feels wonderful to hold in the palm of your hand.
Opening the front cover reveals the white dial with numerals, and even the font is so typical of the Art Deco era when it was made as can be seen in the style of the numbers such as the number 7, 8 and 9, and the wonderful finish to the number 4. However it is those hands that make this watch even more special and unique.
Fitted with hour and minute hands that have the Omega symbol, these hands are so incredibly rare, that even as ourselves being a certified Omega watch service centre, with full access to Omega parts, even these hands are not available. The look of them is just incredible and so exciting to see, and really completes the look of the pocket watch.
Inside the pocket watch is powered by the Omega calibre 35.5S that has been completely serviced by our in-store Omega certified watchmaker. Now running beautifully it comes with our twelve month warranty, and not only are we an authorised Omega watch service centre, but our in-house watchmakers can service your Omega watch as well as other brands, so please feel free to bring in your watch or pocket watch for a free quote.
And then to make this even more perfect, it comes with its original silver chain that measures 27cm in length and will easily attach to the pocket watch and a belt giving this such an astute and elegant look when worn.
This is such a wonderful Omega pocket watch that will be perfect to add to or start a collection as well as for a wonderful milestone birthday or occasion.
