Here we have a great vintage Omega Seamaster Cosmic reference 136.017 dating from 1970 that is in brilliant condition and looks so good on the wrist.
The Omega Seamaster Cosmic range was launched by Omega in 1966 and was fitted in a revolutionary 1 piece "monocoque" case meaning that the entire movement is fitted from the front of the watch as the watch case itself is one solid piece rather than having a screw or snap back.
The shape of the Seamaster Cosmic cases are in that wonderful retro look that has become so popular today and this Omega Seamaster Cosmic would look great on anyone of any age.
In a 14ct gold capped case measures 35mm across plus the Omega crown by 38mm from end to end and the case itself is in great condition.
The dial itself is in superb condition and so easy to read and has the quickset date function as well making this a practical watch to wear especially at work with a suit and has the centre sweep seconds adding that extra character to the watch.
Inside is a hand wound 17 jewelled Omega calibre 613 which has been fully serviced, runs great and comes with our 12 month warranty.
There is nothing quite like a genuine vintage Omega Seamaster, and this vintage Omega Seamaster Cosmic from 1970 still looks as great today as when it was made over 40 years ago and is a great vintage Omega Seamaster to add to a collection of vintage watches or to start one off and would also make a great gift for someone who has been after a retro style vintage Omega watch.
