Here is one very early wrist watch in a truly amazing over sized watch case.
Made around 1910, this watch is fitted in a nickel case that measures an astounding 42mm across (46mm with the crown). Watches over 40mm may be found today, but this watch was made around 100 years ago, and looks amazing on the wrist.
Compared to a Rolex Submariner, this will begin to give an idea of its huge size.
It has to be mentioned that this is not a pocket watch converted to a wrist watch, and was made as a wrist watch from the start.
The movement is a 15 jewelled Swiss made manual wind that has been serviced and runs perfect, and the white enamel dial still looks amazing all these years later.
The watch is fitted on a 16mm band, and is a size that looks good on any gent.
This is one over sized watch that we have never come across before and won’t last long.
