Platinum South Sea pearl and diamond earrings

These earrings were made by our own jeweller in a style reminiscent of the Art Deco era of the 1920’s and look truly magnificent on the ear.

Made in platinum, each earring measures 2.4cm in length and are set with a beautiful 9.5mm Australian South Sea pearl and are each highlighted with sixteen single cut diamonds that total 0.44 carats and are F in colour and VS in clarity. The reason we chose to use single cut diamonds, these are an earlier cut of diamond that was used in Art Deco jewellery of the 1920’s.

And then to further highlight the earrings, the settings have that wonderful millgrain finish which can be seen as the crimping along the edge of the settings which again was typical of the era.

With the pure white of the platinum matching those wonderful pearls, and highlighted with the sparkle from the diamonds, these are a truly amazing pair of earrings that are destined to always be admired.
