There is nothing quite like the precise geometry often found in Art Deco jewellery and here is a classic example of this that can be seen in this platinum 1930's Art Deco era diamond ring.
Elegantly hand made entirely in platinum, often many Art Deco rings were made in platinum due to the pure white colour of platinum and its wonderful durability.
This Art Deco diamond ring is such a wonderful design that it would make a superb engagement ring as it is set with three diamonds in the centre that total 0.95 carats and is further highlighted with twenty two more diamonds with a total weight of 0.28 carats bringing the complete diamond weight to 1.23 carats. They are all G to H in colour and Vs to Si in clarity and have a superb sparkle to them all.
However true to the style of Art Deco rings, it is not just the diamonds that make this ring so special, it is the wonderful geometric design of the three round diamonds set into individual square boxes that themselves make up a rectangle.
Ironically this is a small feature that plays such a big role in what makes a genuine Art Deco ring so special - the smallest attention to detail.
Measuring 9.9mm wide at the centre, this ring will so easily look good on its own or alongside a simple band and for whatever finger and whatever reason this Art Deco diamond ring is sure to be loved, treasured and admired.
