Here is a magnificent platinum aquamarine and diamond ring from the Art Deco era that was so beautifully hand made and highlights the beautiful quality of the aquamarine.
The aquamarine is the real star of this ring and measures an impressive 4.10 carats and has the most perfect colour to it. This stone was set perfectly to allow the maximum amount of light to enter and dance through the stone making sure that this ring will always be admired day or night.
And then on each side in a wonderful step-down feature are four diamonds set on each side. Typical of the Art Deco ethos of a "shape in a shape" they are round diamonds set into their own square setting. Even the settings have the millgrain finish which is the elegant crimping along the edge which was also typical of jewellery made during this era. The diamonds total 0.10 carats and add the perfect amount of sparkle to highlight the ring.
Measuring 12.mm by 8.7mm wide across the aquamarine or 19.8mm across from one end diamond over to the other side, this ring is the epitome of the Art Deco era and is sure to always be loved and admired.
