Here is a magnificent hand made platinum sapphire and diamond ring from the Art Deco era of the 1920's that looks absolutely spectacular and thanks to its design is destined to be continually loved and admired.
Exquisitely designed with a central sapphire that measures 0.65 carats it is surrounded by ten early brilliant cut diamonds that total 0.30 carats and have a wonderful sparkle to them.
However it is the addition of the thirty six smaller fancy cut sapphires around the border that makes this ring so unique and spectacular, and show how much incredible time and detail that went into making the ring.
With a combination of fancy cuts, the time to painstakingly hand cut these sapphires and set them in show the quality of craftsmanship and highlight why genuine Art Deco rings are as popular today as when they were made.
These additional sapphires total 0.36 carats and cluster itself measures 12.9mm by 11mm wide and even under the ring on each side of the band it is beautifully hand engraved to add that additional charm and character.
