Here is a stunning watch that was made during the Art Deco period of the 1920's that is a piece of fine jewellery just as much as it is a watch.
Made by the Swiss watchmaking firm, Hafis Watch Company, this watch showcases the beauty and design that made jewellery from the Art Deco period as popular and sought after today as when it was made all those years ago. With such an elegant design to the case, the stepped design is typical of Art Deco jewellery and watches with a fabulous angular design that stands out even more with it being set with both sapphires and diamonds.
The case is set with 26 single cut diamonds and a square cut sapphire in each corner, and there are two flexible horizontal bars at each end that are set with 14 more single cut diamonds and 5 rectangle cut sapphires at each end. The diamonds in the watch come together to total 0.54 carats and the sapphires total 0.26 carats.
With the case itself measuring 21.5mm in length from end to end, or 35mm including both end horizontal sections by 14.mm across plus the crown, the dial is so easy to read with very elegant numerals in a distinctly Art Deco font.
Inside the manual wind movement has undergone a full overhaul and runs beautifully and comes with our twelve month warranty.
Fitted on a new very sleek and elegant band that can be altered to fit any size wrist, this is one watch that will always capture the eyes of all who see it and will certainly get the admiration that it rightly deserves.
